BELLEVUE, Wash., April 8, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Explore Consulting, a
professional services company specializing in web-based business systems and
one of this region's fastest-growing companies, today announced the
appointment of Kendall Kunz as Chief Executive Officer. A four-time CEO and
20-year technology industry veteran, Kunz brings proven leadership in software
development, IT Services and internet strategies. With Kunz at the helm and
its own double-digit growth momentum, Explore is better positioned than ever
to capitalize on the tremendous market opportunity in the IT Services
business.

Explore was recently named one of the nation's fastest-growing private
companies on the Inc. 5000 list and was recognized by the Puget Sound Business
Journal as one of the region's 100 fastest-growing private companies in 2007.
In the first quarter of this year ended March 31, Explore achieved 35% organic
growth in revenue over the same quarter of 2007. Rapid growth in demand for
integration solutions by mid-market companies, momentum of NetSuite, a
cornerstone of Explore's solution set and international demand are among the
forces driving Explore's success and market opportunity.

"The IT services business has never seen such great opportunity and it's a
thrill to provide leadership and innovation in such an underserved market with
a company whose core values match my own," said Kunz. "By building upon
Explore's integrity, outstanding solutions and customer loyalty, I am
confident we can reach our goal of growing the company 10-fold in five years."

As former CEO of Aris Corporation, an IT Services firm, Kunz helped grow
the company 80-fold to over 950 employees and took it public in 1997. Prior
to joining Aris, Kunz spent four years in consulting at Oracle Corporation.
He has also served as CEO of KickPlay, Inc., Full Armor Studios, Inc., and a
real estate venture, The Florida Land Company, LLC. Kunz serves on several
boards of directors including Seattle-based Fuzzy Games, Inc., Naples-based
Agent Shield, Inc., and the Washington Academy of Languages.

"Explore has been a premier partner delivering innovative solutions and
driving market demand for NetSuite," said Craig West, director of channel
sales at NetSuite Inc. "Explore has an unmatched reputation with successes
servicing NetSuite's enterprise class customers."

As CEO, Kunz will replace Steve Jones, Explore co-founder who will remain
with the company as Chief Technology Officer. "This move is very strategic and
exciting for our organization," said Jones. "Having Kendall on board will help
us deliver on our expansion goals while enabling me to focus on growing and
diversifying our service offerings including building out vertical solutions
and meeting the international market opportunity."
